An accurate representation of the actual state of the building, including shape, dimensions and architectural details.The project, carried out using the Faro FOCUS laser scanner, included the production of an accurate and detailed point cloud and 2D CAD documentation of the bank building. The detailed documentation allowed for an accurate depiction of the building’s existing condition and a virtual reconstruction of its individual elements.

Thanks to such an inventory, both the conservator and the architectural office, who are in charge of planning the restoration work, gained a complete picture of the current state of the building, which enabled precise planning of the work, including the selection of appropriate materials and repair techniques. The documentation obtained was extremely helpful in the process of designing the conservation work, as well as in its actual implementation.
