The aim of the project was to prepare up-to-date 2D CAD technical documentation with a site plan for a private developer. As part of the project, 3D laser scanning was carried out, which allowed accurate and precise data of the buildings and surroundings to be acquired. As a result of the scan, a point cloud was acquired, which formed the basis for further work.

Based on the 3D scan data, accurate and up-to-date 2D CAD technical documentation was produced, including elevation views, floor plans and building sections. This ensured that the technical documentation was a reflection of the actual condition of the buildings and surroundings, which is important when planning refurbishments, upgrades, extensions or the sale of properties.

As part of this implementation, a situation plan was also produced, which included information on the location of the buildings in relation to the road network, urban infrastructure and plot boundaries. The situation plan is helpful in obtaining the necessary permits for construction or modernisation, as well as in carrying out property administration activities.

Through the use of 3D laser scanning and the creation of up-to-date 2D CAD technical documentation, our client obtained the necessary information on the technical condition of the building and its surroundings. This approach allows for better planning of renovation or modernisation work, as well as increasing the value of the property.
