On behalf of the shipowner, ship inspections were carried out, where 3D laser scanning of engine rooms was performed for the purpose of designing a new BWTS ballast water treatment system in a collision-free manner. The result of taking measurements is a point cloud on the basis of which design work is carried out. The entire scanning process takes place while the ship is stationary in the port during unloading.
